We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Upseller – Design to generate revenue through effective sales and upselling strategies within the US market design unit.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue.
  • Present and recommend the company’s products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and engagement.
  • Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the design industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and upselling principles, including business development, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve business goals.

Location: DHA Phase 7 Ext ,Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Night Shift)

Days: Monday-Friday
