We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Upseller – Design to generate revenue through effective sales and upselling strategies within the US market design unit.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to increase revenue.
- Present and recommend the company’s products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and engagement.
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the design industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and upselling principles, including business development, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to achieve business goals.
