Kamsoft Technologies is seeking a results-driven Upseller to maximize revenue from our existing customer database within a product-based niche.

If you have a proven ability to convert opportunities into higher-value sales and consistently achieve upsell targets, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Promote relevant product upgrades, add-ons, and bundled offers
• Engage customers via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine upselling strategies
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of upselling experience (product-based industry preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Organized, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to perform in a target-driven environment
