Upwork Account Manager / Bidder

Lahore, Pakistan

Ranglerz is looking for a skilled and motivated Upwork Account Manager / Bidder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s Upwork agency account, submitting winning proposals, building long-term client relationships, and closing projects successfully.

You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and ensuring a smooth communication flow between clients and our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Upwork agency account.
  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects daily.
  • Write customized, professional, and persuasive proposals.
  • Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations.
  • Negotiate terms, budget, and timelines with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Track progress of bids, follow up with clients, and close deals.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive in IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, React etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to write client-focused, customized proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
