Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork & Fiverr Bidder to manage bidding, client communication, and lead generation on both platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying relevant projects and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, analyze, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr
  • Write customized and compelling proposals/offers
  • Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
  • Maintain and manage leads and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork/Fiverr Bidder or Business Development Executive
  • Strong proposal writing and communication skills
  • Good understanding of IT services and project scopes
  • Ability to identify genuine and relevant job postings
  • Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr policies and best practices

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with software houses or IT services
  • CRM or lead management experience
