Hiring Business Development Executive (Upwork & Fiverr)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience on Upwork and Fiverr. You will identify leads, craft winning proposals, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
• Write personalized, persuasive proposals tailored to each client's brief.
• Manage and optimize profiles, gigs, portfolios, and ratings for visibility.
• Communicate with prospects to scope projects and negotiate pricing and timelines.
• Coordinate with technical and creative teams to prepare quotes and project plans.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and recurring clients.
• Track key metrics and report weekly on proposals, response rate, conversion, and revenue.
• Maintain client relationships post-sale to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on bidding experience on Upwork and Fiverr (mandatory).
• Proven track record of winning projects and meeting monthly revenue targets.
• Strong written English and ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
• Familiarity with Upwork Connects, Fiverr levels, profile optimization, and gig SEO.
• Understanding of services like web/mobile development, design, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

What We Offer

• Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000/month plus commissions.
• Fixed evening shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (aligned with US/EU business hours).
• On-site role at PIA Housing Scheme, Lahore.
