Responsibilities:

• Write and submit high-quality, customized proposals on Upwork.
• Identify potential projects and clients aligned with our company services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project scopes.
• Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and client communication.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive in IT/software services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of IT services (web, mobile apps, UI/UX).
• Ability to work independently during night shift.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
