Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with at least 3 years of proven experience on freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business through online portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and Guru.

Draft well-structured proposals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/project team to prepare accurate project estimates.

Maintain strong communication with existing and potential clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an online bidder or in business development.

Strong knowledge of online bidding platforms.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
