Job Title: Upwork Bidder

Education: BS(4 years) BSc, BSCS, BSIT

Responsibilities:

• Search and shortlist relevant projects on Upwork every day
• Write customized and professional proposals
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate estimates
• Follow up on proposals and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain records of bids, conversions and client communication
• Build long term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of IT services and project scopes
• Confident in negotiation and client handling
• Ability to work independently and stay consistent with targets
• Must work on site
