Job description:

we are looking for a talented and results-driven Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on Upwork projects, generating leads, and securing new business opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write compelling and customized proposals to increase conversion rates.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain and update records of bids, proposals, and ongoing projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of freelancing platforms and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, IT services, or Social Media Marketing (preferred).
