Job Description: Upwork Bidder (6 Months – 1 Year Experience)
We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in bidding, lead generation, and client communication on Upwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, crafting professional proposals, communicating with clients, and coordinating with the internal team to successfully close deals.
Experience in general Upwork bidding is acceptable, however prior exposure to projects related to 3D Design, Game Development, or Web Development will be considered a strong advantage.Responsibilities

  • Identify and apply to relevant projects on Upwork daily.
  • Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals based on project requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, answer queries, and pitch services effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, project managers) to prepare project estimations and technical inputs.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
  • Assist in creating strong client relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Track and report daily bidding activities, leads, conversion rates, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Upwork Bidder, Business Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, proposal writing, project search filters, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, especially 3D design, game development, or web development (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet daily bidding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, animation, or game development workflows.
  • Understanding of Unity, Unreal Engine, Web technologies (React, Node, WordPress), etc.
  • Ability to prepare quick cost estimates with the team.
  • Experience working with international clients.
