Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Upwork Bidder. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on platforms like Upwork, crafting compelling and customized proposals, and maintaining effective communication with prospective clients. Additional tasks include strategizing and optimizing bidding processes to secure projects, managing client relationships, and act as a liaison between clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proposal writing, business communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to research client requirements and create tailored strategies
• Experience in managing client relationships and project coordination
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms, especially Upwork, and their bidding processes
• Proficiency in gathering and evaluating project requirements, and excellent time-management skills
• Demonstrates attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a proactive attitude
• Relevant work experience in business development, freelancing platforms, or a similar field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
