Upwork Bidder

Job Description:

We at Paz Technologies (Private) Limited are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, submitting proposals, and helping acquire new clients through the Upwork platform.

Responsibilities:

* Acquire new clients and identify emerging opportunities on Upwork.

* Generate business for Custom Development, Odoo Development, Website Development, and App Development.

* Meet monthly goals and targets.

* Write and customize proposals for each project based on client requirements.

* Prepare project price estimations and quotations.

* Select quality projects and focus on effective bidding.

* Quickly understand client business issues and utilize this knowledge to win projects.

* Manage bid budgets and monitor performance against KPIs.

* Track and manage risks throughout the bid process.

* Submit completed bids on time and within budget.

* Provide suggestions to internal teams to meet client business needs, if required.

* Maintain a very high rating on Upwork.

* Build and maintain healthy client relationships.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 1 year experience on the Upwork platform.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
