We’re Hiring – Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Moonshot Animation is looking for a talented Upwork Bidder to join our growing team and help us scale to new heights!

Responsibilities:

• Write winning proposals on Upwork & other freelancing platforms
• Identify and bid on relevant projects in Animation & Design services.
• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the technical team
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding with a strong conversion rate
• Excellent written English & communication skills
• Understanding of Animation and IT services (Web Development 2D, 3D Animation, Designing)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Location: P.E.C.H.S Block 6
