Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder responsible for generating new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proposal writing, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
  • Write professional and winning proposals to secure projects
  • Communicate effectively with international clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain client communication until project conversion
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Understanding of Upwork and freelancing platforms
  • Good negotiation and client-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing
  • Knowledge of IT/software services
  • Experience in lead generation, or business development
