Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bidder responsible for generating new business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, proposal writing, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Write professional and winning proposals to secure projects
- Communicate effectively with international clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain client communication until project conversion
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Understanding of Upwork and freelancing platforms
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in Upwork bidding or freelancing
- Knowledge of IT/software services
- Experience in lead generation, or business development
