Upwork Bidder and Business Development Executive

Social Bros is seeking a results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team on-site in Karachi. We are looking for a proactive professional who specializes in project acquisition, client relationship management, and agency growth within the global digital marketplace.

Location and Compensation

• Role Type: On-site (Full-time)
• Location: Block 12, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi
• Salary Range: PKR 35,000 – 60,000 (with significant performance-based growth potential)

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal Management: Draft and submit high-quality, customized proposals on Upwork with technical precision.
• Lead Identification: Analyze and select projects that align with our core expertise in E-commerce, TikTok Shop, Media Buying, and Creative Content.
• Client Communication: Manage initial outreach and professional correspondence to establish long-term partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Brand Managers and the Media Team to ensure seamless project handovers.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain high responsiveness and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in Upwork bidding or freelance marketplace sales.
• Communication: Exceptional written English and persuasive proposal writing skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce ecosystems, and creative agency services.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to filter high-value opportunities from low-value leads.
• Mindset: A proactive, "driver" mentality with a strong desire for performance-linked career advancement.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Volume of daily and weekly outbound proposals.
• Bid-to-response conversion rate.
• Number of qualified calls booked and deals closed.
• Total revenue generated through the Upwork platform.
