This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi Division for a Bidder and Closer. The role involves identifying and bidding on new business opportunities, managing leads, and negotiating deals to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include ensuring effective customer communication, facilitating seamless closures, and managing the escrow process. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve targets is also part of the role.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions and fostering positive relationships.
• Proficiency in Deal Closure and Closings to successfully negotiate, finalize, and execute agreements effectively.
• Understanding of the Escrow process and related procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
• High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in sales, bidding, or business development roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
