Upwork Bidder - Animation Projects

SA Tech Pakistan is hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder for animation projects. The candidate will be responsible for bidding on Upwork, communicating with international clients, and converting leads for animation services.

Key Responsibilities

Bid daily on relevant animation projects on Upwork

Write strong and customized proposals for animation services

Communicate with clients and understand project requirements

Coordinate with animation and creative teams

Follow up with leads and close deals

Maintain Upwork profile performance and lead records

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (Animation niche preferred)

Strong understanding of animation services:

2D and 3D Animation

Explainer Videos

Motion Graphics

Whiteboard Animation

Excellent English communication skills

Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills

Ability to meet monthly targets
