Upwork Bidder / BD Executive

Markosol Technologies is hiring a skilled Upwork Bidder / BD Executive to help us win web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content-related projects.

The candidate will be responsible for daily bidding, writing strong proposals, handling client communication, and helping us grow our agency.

Location: Markaz G-11, Islamabad

Job Type: Onsite, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content projects.
• Write personalized and professional proposals.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal team for pricing and project scope.
• Maintain daily bidding targets and track performance.
• Manage outreach on other platforms when needed (Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc).

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Strong written English and proposal writing skills.
• Good understanding of web development, digital marketing, video editing, and content strategy.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, consistent, and self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
