Job Description:

• Submit tailored, high-conversion proposals on Upwork.
• Optimize our profiles for better visibility and conversion.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and close deals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Consistently meet monthly project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork (minimum 1–2 years).
• Strong communication and proposal-writing skills in English.
• Familiarity with Website Design, Development, and Web Applications.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
