We are looking for a professional and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team.
If you have strong communication skills, understand IT services, and can convert leads into projects — we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork, Fiverr & LinkedIn
- Identify relevant projects and submit at least 20–30 proposals daily
- Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with our team
- Maintain proposal templates and improve win-rate
- Follow up with leads and close deals
Requirements
- Experience as an Upwork Bidder / BDE (preferably in IT/software services)
- Excellent English writing & communication
- Understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, WordPress, Microsoft 365, and Digital Marketing
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- Strong negotiation skills
