We are looking for a professional and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team.
If you have strong communication skills, understand IT services, and can convert leads into projects — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork, Fiverr & LinkedIn
  • Identify relevant projects and submit at least 20–30 proposals daily
  • Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and coordinate with our team
  • Maintain proposal templates and improve win-rate
  • Follow up with leads and close deals

Requirements

  • Experience as an Upwork Bidder / BDE (preferably in IT/software services)
  • Excellent English writing & communication
  • Understanding of Web Development, Mobile Apps, WordPress, Microsoft 365, and Digital Marketing
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
  • Strong negotiation skills
