Urgent Hiring: Mid-Level Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

We are urgently looking for a mid-level Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience in bidding, communicating with international clients, and closing IT-related deals.

Required Expertise:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder
• Strong understanding of IT services:
• Web Development
• UI/UX Design
• Other IT services
• Ability to write tailored proposals and convert leads
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality proposals for IT projects
• Manage Upwork profile and maintain consistent activity
• Communicate and follow up with clients professionally
• Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for accurate scoping
