Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Corbis Soft is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication, with a strong ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

• Bid on Upwork projects according to client requirements
• Identify and generate quality leads through Upwork and other platforms
• Communicate professionally with international clients
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain records of proposals, leads, and conversions
• Build long-term client relationships to support business growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive
• Strong knowledge of Upwork bidding strategies and proposal writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of IT / services industry is a plus
• Must be based in Lahore and available to work from the office
