Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Solutions Wave is a growing software development company specializing in ERP systems, CRM solutions, and custom web applications. We work with international clients, particularly in the US, delivering scalable and cost-effective digital solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and proactive Upwork Bidder who can generate leads, win projects, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding for software development projects and a strong understanding of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork.
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals for each project
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and close deals
  • Maintain and update profiles on Upwork & Fiverr
  • Coordinate with the technical team for accurate project estimation
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a pipeline of leads
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and project discussions
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of bids, responses, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Upwork/Fiverr bidding or freelancing platforms
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to understand software development projects (ERP, CRM, Web Apps)
  • Experience in writing winning proposals
  • Good knowledge of pricing strategies and client handling
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services / software house
  • Knowledge of Laravel, PHP, CRM, ERP systems
  • Understanding of US/UK client behavior

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
