As we continue expanding, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Manager who can generate high-quality leads, close clients, and contribute directly to company growth.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and business development within an agency environment. You should understand how to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on high-quality projects related to Amazon Private Label and e-commerce services
  • Write customized, high-converting proposals and cover letters
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Manage and optimize Upwork profiles for better visibility and credibility
  • Strategically manage connects budget and bidding campaigns for maximum ROI
  • Track proposal performance, lead pipelines, and conversion metrics
  • Develop and improve bidding strategies to increase project acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution
  • Maintain professional communication with international clients throughout the sales process

Requirements

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in Upwork bidding, Business Development, or sales within an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of Upwork platform dynamics, bidding strategies, and lead conversion techniques
  • Proven experience managing connects budgets and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management abilities
  • Experience working with e-commerce or Amazon-focused agencies is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of Amazon Private Label services, including product research, listing optimization, and basic PPC knowledge
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
