We are a growing digital services and software company working with international clients across the UK, USA, and Europe. We are looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive who can bring high-quality projects and long-term clients through freelancing platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on projects on Upwork (mandatory experience required)
- Identify relevant projects and submit custom, high-conversion proposals
- Communicate professionally with international clients
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
- Maintain a strong response rate and profile health on Upwork
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and timelines
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions
- Build long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder / Freelancer
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, AI, Marketing, etc.)
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Familiarity with CRM or tracking tools is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
- Based in Pakistan
- Experience working with UK / US clients
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Available during UK business hours (preferred)
