Upwork Bidder (Experienced)

Hamsol is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive who has 3-4 years of proven experience on Upwork. The perfect candidate will have great communication skills, be good at handling clients, and know how to write winning proposals that lead to long-term business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and run the company’s Upwork profile smoothly.
• Write proposals that stand out and attract clients.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients through chat and video calls.
• Understand what clients need and offer the right solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Work with the project and marketing teams to make sure clients are happy.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in bidding or sales on Upwork (experience with an agency is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Good understanding of freelance platforms and sales strategies.
• Confident, goal-driven, and focused on growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
