Responsibilities

• Identify relevant and high-potential projects on Upwork
• Write clear, customized, and compelling proposals
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand project requirements
• Maintain daily bidding activity and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Strong English writing & communication skills
• Understanding of Upwork and other freelance platforms
• Ability to research and analyze client needs quickly
• Organized, consistent, and target-focused
• Prior Upwork experience is a strong plus
