Upwork Bidder for Full Stack and AI Services

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Upwork Bidder for our full stack development and AI services agency, on-site at our back office in Karachi, Pakistan, . You will own the end-to-end bidding process on Upwork — from identifying the right projects to landing discovery calls — helping us grow our client base in full stack web development, AI-powered applications, SaaS platforms, and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and manage our Upwork profiles to enhance visibility, search ranking, and overall reach.
• Research and identify projects aligned with our niche: full stack development (React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS) and AI services (LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, automation systems).
• Craft personalized, compelling proposals tailored to each client's specific requirements and pain points.
• Communicate effectively with clients, negotiate terms, and bring qualified leads onto a call with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into long-term business relationships.
• Work closely with the development team to accurately understand and represent project capabilities and timelines.
• Monitor bidding performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to improve connect-to-response and response-to-call rates.
• Stay up to date on Upwork algorithm changes, trends, and policies to maintain competitive bidding effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder — candidates must provide documented results (e.g., number of proposals sent, response rates, contracts won, revenue generated).
• Demonstrated track record of winning projects specifically in full stack development and/or AI/automation services.
• Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, bidding process, and proposal best practices.
• Familiarity with technical terminology in web development and AI services — you don't need to code, but you must speak the language convincingly.
• High attention to detail, self-discipline, and ability to manage a high volume of bids without sacrificing quality.

What We're NOT Looking For

• Generic bidders with no niche focus or measurable results.
• Anyone who sends copy-paste proposals.
• Candidates who cannot provide proof of past Upwork bidding performance.

Work Location: In-person, Karachi, Pakistan

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
