Upwork Bidder for Website Design Projects

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team and help secure website design projects. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in bidding on Upwork and a strong understanding of client requirements for web design services.

Responsibilities:

• Search and apply for relevant website design jobs on Upwork
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Schedule and attend client meetings when required
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with the design team

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an Upwork bidder
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Confident in attending client calls/meetings
• Knowledge of website design terminology and workflow
• Ability to handle multiple bids daily

Preferred:

• Experience closing deals and converting leads
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and web development process
