Upwork Bidder (Fresher) Night Shift + Onsite

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Junior Upwork Bidder who has a good understanding of the Upwork platform and is eager to grow in the freelancing industry. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn, explore, and build a long-term career in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.

Experience: 0- 6 months

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 6, Karachi
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and analyze relevant jobs on Upwork
• Write and submit customized proposals according to client requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand services and offerings
• Help in closing deals with proper guidance and support

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Upwork platform
• Experience in submitting proposals on Upwork
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Strong learning mindset and positive attitude

Training & Support:

• Complete training will be provided on how to deal with and close clients
• Proper guidance to deeply understand the Upwork portal
• Exposure to working with multiple niches and markets
• Continuous mentorship to improve bidding and sales skills
