Job Title: Upwork & Bidder Intern
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Paid Internship)
Location: Islamabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Upwork & Bidder Intern to join our business development team at our Islamabad office. This is a paid internship designed to give you hands-on experience with international freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. Successful candidates may be offered a full-time job based on performance during the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage professional profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms
• Identify relevant projects and submit tailored proposals
• Write clear, persuasive cover letters and responses to client inquiries
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication with potential clients
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand service offerings and pricing
• Maintain a daily record of bidding activities and outcomes
• Contribute to improving bidding strategies and proposal templates

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, or other freelance platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with IT services such as web development, design, SEO, or digital marketing is a plus
• Ability to work onsite at our Islamabad office (this is not a remote position)

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
