About the Role:
Finixtle is seeking a proactive Business Development Intern (Upwork Bidder) to support our team in acquiring projects from international freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. This role is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in proposal writing, client communication, and the fundamentals of IT business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify suitable projects across multiple platforms.
• Draft and submit tailored proposals for design, web projects.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and share with the technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong English communication (written).
• Basic knowledge of IT/design services.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
