About the Role:
Finixtle is offering a paid internship for fresh graduates eager to start their careers in online freelancing and business development. As an Upwork Bidder Intern, you’ll learn how to find leads, write proposals, and communicate with international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Write professional, tailored proposals for design and development services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Support senior team members in managing bids and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Strong English writing skills.
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr).
• Eager to learn, proactive, and career-focused.
