Upwork Bidder / IT Sales Manager (Custom Software Development)

Experienced Required: 3 to 5 years

We are Looking an experienced Upwork Bidder / IT Sales Manager (Custom Software Development) with a strong background in sales development project acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, preparing winning proposals, managing bids, and acquiring web, mobile, and enterprise software development projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and closing custom software development projects, preferably involving .NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for custom software development services.

* Generate leads and acquire projects through Upwork and other relevant platforms.

* Write customized, high-quality proposals based on client requirements.

* Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to project closure.

* Communicate with prospective clients and conduct requirement-gathering discussions.

* Coordinate with technical teams to prepare project scope, estimations, and solutions.

* Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project deliverables with clients.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth handover to the development team.

* Meet monthly sales targets and project acquisition goals.

* Keep track of market trends and competitor activities within the software development industry.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in IT Sales, Business Development, Bid Management, or Project Acquisition within a software development company.

* Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing for custom software development projects.

* Strong understanding of web applications, mobile applications, and custom software solutions.

* Experience acquiring projects related to .NET development, web development, mobile applications, or enterprise software solutions.

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines effectively.

* Strong organizational and project management skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with UK, USA, or international clients.

* Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales pipelines.

* Understanding of software development lifecycles and project estimation processes.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
