Upwork Bidder (Junior to Mid-Level)

Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

We are seeking a results-driven Upwork Bidder with 1–2 years of experience, strong English communication skills, and solid technical understanding. The ideal candidate will manage the complete bidding cycle from identifying opportunities and submitting proposals to closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

-Actively bid on Upwork to secure new business opportunities
-Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term international clients
-Write compelling proposals, optimize profiles, and send customized responses based on client requirements
-Communicate with international clients to understand business and technical needs
-Negotiate pricing, timelines, and close deals efficiently
-Manage projects from initial discussion to final agreement
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Requirements

-Education: Graduate
-Experience: 1–2 years Prior experience as an Upwork Bidder in IT / software services
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
-Strong understanding of technical communication and project requirements
-Ability to manage projects from initial bidding to final deal closure
