Job description:
This is a full-time role as an Upwork Bidder. As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects on the Upwork platform to secure new clients and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage our Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and reach.
- Research and identify potential clients and projects that align with our skills.
- Craft personalized, compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, negotiate terms, and bring them on a call with sales team.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor bidding performance and refine strategies for better success rates.
- Stay informed about Upwork trends and policies to improve bidding effectiveness.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to craft persuasive proposals.
