Upwork Bidder (Night Shift)

We are looking for an experienced Upwork bidder to join our team at Clipzaa.

Your main job will be to find good quality clients on Upwork, send proposals, talk to clients, and close deals. You will also build long-term relationships with clients and handle communication.

This is not an entry-level job, so we need someone who already has experience in Upwork bidding.

Responsibilities:

• Find good projects on Upwork daily
• Send simple and strong proposals
• Talk with clients and understand their needs
• Negotiate and close deals
• Build good relationships with clients
• Handle communication properly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding (important)
• Good English communication (simple and clear)
• Good negotiation skills
• Know how to send proposals that get replies
• Basic knowledge of video editing or graphics is a plus

Important:

• This is a night shift job (please apply only if you are available at night)
• This is not for beginners

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary + commission on each deal
• Salary will depend on your experience
• Growth and salary increase based on performance

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
