About the Role

Amanra Digital is seeking a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, bidding on Upwork projects, communicating with clients, and securing business opportunities for digital services.

Key Responsibilities

◾Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit high-quality proposals.
◾Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand project requirements.
◾Generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
◾Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and solutions.
◾Maintain and manage the Upwork profile and proposal pipeline.
◾Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.

Requirements

◾1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or freelancing platforms.
◾Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
◾Good understanding of digital services such as web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, digital marketing, or related fields.
◾Ability to write customized and persuasive proposals.
◾Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
◾Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
