• Job Type: Full-Time (On Site)
• Office Location: DHA Phase 2, Karachi
• Salary Package: Market Competitive

• Target Market: Only USA-based IDs / Projects

Responsibilities:

• Daily bidding on Upwork for USA-based projects
• Writing professional and customized proposals
• Communicating with potential clients
• Generating quality leads and converting them into projects
• Managing client follow-ups and maintaining pipeline

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience with Upwork bidding / sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident, smart, and target-driven personality
• Basic understanding of IT / Web / Design services is a plus
• Serious about long-term growth and career development

This is an on-site position in Karachi, so only candidates from Karachi should apply. Applicants from outside Karachi will not be considered.
