Upwork Bidder (North America Market)

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding relevant opportunities on Upwork, submitting strong and personalized proposals, communicating with potential clients, and helping convert leads into booked calls or closed projects.
• This role is suitable for someone who understands digital marketing services, knows how to write persuasive proposals, and has experience generating leads through Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Responsibilities
• Search for relevant Upwork jobs in the North American market
• Write customized and high-quality proposals for each opportunity
• Bid on projects related to digital marketing, social media, video editing, website development, branding, and performance marketing
• Communicate professionally with potential clients
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with our internal team
• Schedule calls or meetings with qualified leads
• Track bids, responses, follow-ups, and conversions
• Suggest ways to improve our Upwork profile, proposals, and overall bidding strategy
• Help build a strong pipeline of international clients
• Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or business development
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience targeting clients in the USA, Canada, or North American market
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, video production, website development, and creative agency services
• Ability to write personalized proposals instead of generic templates
• Good follow-up and client communication skills
• Organized and able to track daily activity and results
• Experience working with an agency is a plus

• Work Arrangement
• This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and experience.
• Compensation can be discussed based on experience, working hours, and performance structure.
