Job Description Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our onsite team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms by submitting proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Write customized and winning proposals
• Communicate with clients professionally
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
• Generate leads and bring new projects for the company
• Maintain proposal records and bidding reports
• Follow up with prospective clients
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
• Optimize Upwork profiles to improve visibility and client engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Upwork bidding experience
• Strong English communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
• Basic understanding of IT services, web development, or digital marketing
• Ability to work onsite in Lahore
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills
