Upwork Bidder (On-Site – Lahore)

We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder to join our growing team on-site in Lahore. If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience bidding on Upwork and know how to craft winning proposals, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for finding relevant projects, writing tailored proposals, and converting leads into clients for our IT/digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and filter relevant projects on Upwork daily
• Write customized, persuasive cover letters for each bid
• Maintain a high response and conversion rate
• Track bid performance and optimize approach based on data
• Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding scope and pricing
• Manage Upwork profile and portfolio updates

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of proven experience bidding on Upwork (mandatory)
• Strong written English skills – error-free, professional proposals
• Understanding of at least one of these domains: Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, SEO, or Design
• Ability to work full-time from our Lahore office
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of bidding strategies (best bid times, bid boosting, etc.)

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with other freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer.com)
• Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel tracking for bids
