Upwork Bidder ( Onsite - Night Shift )

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidder located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying potential projects, crafting persuasive proposals, and submitting bids on Upwork. The role also involves managing client communications, negotiating contracts, and following up on submitted proposals. The candidate will ensure that all proposals are tailored to the clients.

Requirments:

• At least 2 years of relevant Experience
• A candidate is required who can start from Scratch and is responsible for onboarding clients / Projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proposal writing and research skills
• Experience with content creation and editing
• Strong negotiating and client management abilities
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Need to be familiar with the Upwork platform / Fiverr and processes.

Salary: We are open to discussion, either it could be (Commission / Basic Salary) based.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
