Upwork Bidder- Senior Business Development Executive

Company Overview

We are a growing digital marketing and web development company providing services including SEO, Web Development, Content Writing, and Digital Marketing. We are seeking an experienced Up-work Bidder to help expand our client base and generate quality business opportunities through freelance platforms.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Up-work Bidder with 2–3 years of proven experience in bidding and business development on Up-work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, submitting winning proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Up-work.
• Write customized, high-converting proposals.
• Communicate with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and solutions.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain records of proposals, leads, and project statuses.
• Secure long-term projects and repeat business from clients.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an Up-work Bidder or Business Development Executive.
• Proven track record of winning projects on Up-work.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong proposal writing and client communication abilities.
• Experience in selling digital marketing, SEO, web development, or related IT services.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.

Location: DHA phase-1, G block, Lahore.

Timings: 12pm-9pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 60,000-100,000 + commissions

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
