Upwork Bidder / Upwork Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Upwork bidder who knows how to find the right jobs, send strong proposals, and bring real clients (not just submit bids)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Upwork bidder
• Strong understanding of how Upwork works (job search, proposals, follow-ups)
• Proof required that you have landed clients through Upwork inbox (screenshots or examples)
• Preference will be given to candidates who have closed deals themselves, not just generated leads
• Good written English communication
• Consistent, honest, and result-focused

Preferred (Plus Point):

• Experience handling SEO profiles on Upwork
• Experience bidding for or managing development profiles (WordPress, web, software, etc.)
• Understanding of SEO and development services so you can communicate properly with clients
