Upwork Bidder/Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gilgit for an Upwork Bidder/Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing potential projects through Upwork and other freelance platforms, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and creating effective marketing strategies. Daily tasks involve developing proposals, communicating with potential clients, maintaining customer relations, assisting with sales efforts, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build strong professional relationships
• Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify relevant opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Proficiency in Sales and generating successful bids on platforms like Upwork, with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team, meeting deadlines and maintaining a proactive approach
• Familiarity with freelance platforms like Upwork and prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
