Upwork bidding expert physical + online

We are looking for

An experienced Upwork Bidding Expert who can generate leads and secure projects through effective proposal writing and communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in freelance platforms and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals

Write professional, client-focused cover letters

Communicate with potential clients and respond to messages promptly

Follow up on proposals and maintain bidding records

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team

Maintain a consistent bidding strategy to achieve monthly targets

Requirements

Proven experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals

Understanding of digital services (e.g., web development, design, marketing, etc.)

Basic knowledge of project costing and estimation

Ability to work both on-site and remotely

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in handling Upwork agency accounts

Knowledge of LinkedIn bidding or other freelance platforms (Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)

Basic understanding of CRM tools

Work Schedule

Specify working hours (morning)

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
