Role Overview
As a Upwork Bidder, you will identify premium opportunities in Amazon Ads, eCommerce growth, and full stack development, craft high-converting proposals, and manage client communication to drive consistent revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target high-value projects related to:
- Amazon PPC, listing optimization, A+ content
- eCommerce growth & automation
- Full stack development (Python, Django, React, APIs)
- Write high-converting, customized proposals tailored to client pain points
- Manage end-to-end client communication and deal closing
- Track KPIs: win rate, conversion rate, revenue generated
- Collaborate with internal teams (Amazon Ads & Dev team) to align proposals with execution
- Mentor junior bidders and improve proposal frameworks
Requirements
- Proven success as an Upwork Bidder (portfolio of won projects)
- Strong understanding of:
- Amazon ecosystem (PPC, SEO, CRO, product launch)
- Full stack development projects (web apps, APIs, automation)
- Excellent communication & persuasive writing skills
- Data-driven mindset (analyzing bids, ROI, client intent)
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience bidding in Amazon PPC / eCommerce niche
- Knowledge of Python, Django, React, AI automation
- Understanding of high-ticket client acquisition
