Upwork Business Development Executive (Web & Design Sales)

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a high-performing Upwork bidder who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close website design and development projects. Your goal is to bring in real business not just leads, but contracts that match our standards.

Responsibilities:

Write custom, compelling proposals for design and development projects.

Identify and bid on high-potential Upwork jobs.

Communicate with international clients via chat and Upwork calls to understand needs and close deals.

Track bids, follow-ups, and performance.

Coordinate with internal design and dev teams to align pitches with our services.

Must-Have:

Proven Upwork bidding experience with visible success stats.

Strong knowledge of web design and development.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Comfortable with international client calling via Upwork.

Demonstrated ability to generate revenue from Upwork or similar platforms.

Location: 71A, SMCHS, Off Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Timing: Night Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
