Upwork Business Development Internship Program | Immediate Hiring

We’re looking for a motivated beginner to join our team as an Upwork Bidder. Your main job will be to find suitable projects, send proposals, and communicate with clients. We’ll provide full training all you need is good English, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Search for new projects and bid daily
• Write simple proposals using ready-made templates
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Keep track of all bids and responses

Requirements:

• Good English writing skills
• Basic understanding of digital services
• A strong interest in learning and growing in sales/marketing
